Membership Eligibility
LocalGovNews.org (LGN) membership includes local government and non-for profit agencies of all sizes: counties, municipalities, school districts, park districts, fire districts, chambers of commerce, etc.


Membership Rates
The subscription rate is $50/month for up to 6 e-mail addresses in your organization. You may sign-up additional addresses for $5/month each. LocalGovNews.org operates on the honor system. We ask that you register accounts with us rather than simply forwarding our e-mail on.


Who in your organization should participate?
LGN encourages full participation by each organization's entire leadership team, not just one or two top officials. Our goal is to give all professionals working at the local level access to new ideas by bringing in outside experiences.


Service Delivery
The "Daily News Headlines" are sent out using the Bcc: (blind copy) feature of Microsoft Outlook. Certain networks automatically assume that that the message is SPAM and therefore block the message. Please check with your network administrator to see if this may be the case. You should add info@localgovnews.org to your spam filter software's "Safe List". If you do not receive the "Daily New Headlines" Monday-Friday and once on the weekend, please contact us.
